Mindset Journey

The mind is not the enemy — it’s the most powerful instrument we have.
It can build worlds, solve impossible problems, and bring ideas into being.
Yet most of us were never taught how to truly use it.

Mindset isn’t about “thinking positive.” It’s about understanding where your thoughts come from.

When your inner dialogue feels tense, fearful, or judgmental, it’s often not you — it’s subprogramming from old patterns trying to keep you safe. When your thoughts feel calm, creative, or curious, they’re arising from your true self — your Sage.

The positive versus negative isn’t a moral scale; it’s a signal. It shows whether your mind is being led by your presence or by your conditioning. And when you begin to notice that difference, you start to reclaim your power.

For a long time, I believed my mind’s power came from control — planning every detail, managing every variable, staying ten steps ahead. But I was only building stronger walls in my own head. I didn’t yet know that my mind could be a portal — a bridge — to freedom.

I spent years in engineering and project management, building systems that kept everything running. I thrived on structure, on efficiency, on complexity made simple. But beneath the success was exhaustion. My brain never stopped analyzing. My heart never got a vote.

I was operating through my Hyper-Rational saboteur — the part of me that believed logic could protect me from pain. But the truth is, no amount of control can fill the emptiness that comes from being disconnected from yourself.

When I finally paused long enough to listen, I realized I was fluent in the language of systems — but I didn’t understand the operating system within me.

Around that time, I got an offer I couldn’t refuse from a coach who was revamping her offerings. She had just started integrating a new framework called Positive Intelligence (PQ) into her program. The timing felt serendipitous — and the price made it easy to say yes.

I didn’t know it then, but that yes would change everything.

Positive Intelligence, or PQ, was created by Shirzad Chamine. It blends neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and mindfulness to build mental fitness — teaching us to recognize the internal saboteurs that generate stress, fear, and judgment, and to strengthen the Sage within us, the part that leads with empathy, curiosity, and calm clarity.

This framework gave me something I never knew I needed — a map of the mind that made the invisible visible. It showed me how to notice when my thoughts were coming from me versus from my conditioning. It offered the tools to re-route them — not through force, but through awareness.

Practicing PQ didn’t silence my mind. It tuned it. It became the foundation that allowed me to hear my intuition clearly, without the static of old programming.

Only after strengthening that foundation did the Akashic Field open to me — effortlessly, naturally, as if it had been waiting for the signal to clear. I’ve come to believe this is true for everyone: PQ isn’t just useful for leaders or healers — it’s the foundation for living consciously, for connecting deeply, for walking in alignment with your soul.

Everything I teach now grows from that foundation — from learning to meet the mind with curiosity instead of criticism. Through this work, I created two Sage paths: Sage Walk and Sage Awakening.

Both begin here — with learning the architecture of your own mind, seeing your saboteurs with compassion, and strengthening the Sage within. From that rooted awareness, everything else becomes possible.

Transformation begins the moment you become aware. Awareness turns the light on in the room you’ve been stumbling through.

The Saboteur Discovery Call is your invitation to begin — a free, 60-minute conversation designed to help you understand how your mind is wired and where your saboteurs are running the show.

Together, we’ll uncover your top saboteurs and how they influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships; the first steps to quiet their noise and strengthen your Sage; and how to begin turning awareness into freedom.

You don’t need to fix yourself — you only need to understand yourself. Your mind holds both the maze and the map.

The first step is seeing where you are.
